Market Chick Orders
Market Chick Order forms were mailed to all 4-H members who sign up for a market chick project on their enrollment forms. They are also available on the Forms & Applications page. Remember, ALL market chicks must be ordered through the Extension Office. Order forms are due May 6th and the chicks will tentatively be available to pick up on May 29th.
Show Clinics & Quality Assurance
A Rabbit & Poultry Clinic and a Beef Clinic will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at the OSU Extension Office in Jackson. The Rabbit & Poultry Clinic will held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the Beef Clinic will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive on time and stay for the full 2 hours to receive your QA credit.
Make-Up Volunteer Training
A make-up training will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the OSU Extension Office in Jackson. Please RSVP if you are planning on attending the make-up session.

Youth Dance on Saturday, May 10, 2008. The Jackson County 4-H Junior Fairboard will be sponsoring a community dance at the Memorial Building in Jackson. The dance will be held for Grades 3-5 from 6-8 p.m. and Grades 6-8 from 8:30-10:30 p.m. Admission will be $3 per person.

EFNEP News
EFNEP will be offered to parents and caregivers of children ages 0-18 on Tuesday evenings beginning March 25, 2008, from 6-7 pm at the Jackson County Extension Office.
