Join the Jackson County Junior Leaders 4-H Club! The first meeting of the year will be Thursday, October 10th at 5:30 PM at the Jackson County OSU Extension Office.
What is the Junior Leader Club?
- The Junior Leaders Club is an organized program of activities which encourages older youth to develop new knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to leadership & citizenship, while meeting with other 4-H'ers from around the county. The JL's meet every other month starting in August and help with summer 4-H events.
- Although there are no attendance requirements, teens who attend meetings will participate in a number of fun educational programs and have the opportunity to hear firsthand about opportunities available to them. You won't want to miss them! Each meeting will focus on something specific.
Junior Leaders Members
- Members are aged 13 - 18. No 4-H experience necessary, it's easy to get involved - Just show up! Meetings are the second Thursday of every other month, with events and activities in between!
