Livestock Sale Checks
- Youth can pick up their Livestock Sale Checks on Monday, September 7th from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Jackson County OSU Extension Office. A trusted adult may pick up the child’s check for them.
- If you can’t make it on Labor Day, exhibitors can also pick up their checks on Monday, September 14th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Please note that the annual Joint 4-H Committee meeting will be occurring at this time in the auditorium room of the Extension Office.
- If you cannot make it to pick up your child's check, they will be available at the Extension Office for pickup during regular office hours. Checks MUST be cashed within 90 days of printing.
- A reminder that youth should turn in thank you notes for their buyers/sponsors at the time they pick up their check. Notes should be ready to mail when dropped off, meaning they are already addressed and stamped. Youth can find their list of buyers online at Jackson.osu.edu.
