Ohio State University Extension – Jackson County is pleased to welcome two new Extension Educators to the team:
Josh Winters, Extension Educator, Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR)

Hailing from Gallia County, Josh grew up on a large meat goat production farm and was highly involved with the Gallia County 4H program. Jackson County has been without an ANR Educator for over 16 years, so we are very excited to welcome Josh to the team!
Maddie Allman, Extension Educator, 4-H Youth Development
- Originally from Vinton County, Maddie was highly involved in the 4H program at county, state, and national levels. Maddie is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she majored in Community Leadership with a specialization in Community & Extension Education and double minored in Youth Development and Rural Sociology. Growing up in 4-H, Maddie is excited to get started in Jackson County and get to know everyone!
