Please note: Ohio 4-H and FFA are the only approved youth organizations that exhibitors must be a member of in order to participate in Ohio Junior Fairs. Any other youth organizations need prior approval from ODA to exhibit animals at an Ohio Junior Fair Livestock exhibition.

*Must have stamped thank you card to pick up check.
Checks will be released by the Livestock Committee to exhibitors whose buyers have paid 30 days following the sale, that date will be Thursday, August 28th from 6-8 PM at the Jackson County OSU Extension Office. Exhibitors with multiple buyers and/or bumps will not be paid until all of their buyers have paid in full. There will be a late penalty of 2% per 30-day period thereafter, until paid in full. We appreciate a buyers prompt payment so that we can get checks out to the exhibitors.
Livestock sale checks for those exhibitors whose buyers have paid in full will be available for pickup on:
- Thursday, August 28th from 6-8 PM at the Jackson County OSU Extension Office.

Returning Buyers can submit contact/address corrections at the above link as well.
Sale checks will be released by the Livestock Committee to exhibitors whose buyers have paid 30 days following the sale. Please note that exhibitors with multiple buyers and/or bumps will not be paid until all of their buyers have paid in full. A second set of checks will be released 45 days after the sale. Any bills not paid in 45 days will be charged a 3% late fee with each billing. We appreciate your prompt payment so that we can get checks out to the exhibitors.
